Major scientific and technological achievements

Technological innovation has given enterprises strong vitality. Looking back on Yingkete’s years of technological innovation work, we have laid a solid foundation and achieved great results.

1. 10 Chinese invention patents were authorized, involving furnace carbon black reaction furnace, new carbon black products and production methods, carbon black post-treatment (including “oxidation”) equipment, carbon black performance testing instruments, carbon black dispersibility testing methods, etc.

2. 7 Chinese utility model patents were granted, involving carbon black oxidation reaction devices, carbon black production test devices, and accessories for carbon black blackness measurement instruments.

3. two design patents: With scientific standards as the yardstick, focusing on international practical aesthetics, the iterative upgrade design of carbon black packaging bags has been unanimously favored by customers in more than 70 countries around the world, becoming an important part of Yingkete’s product image.

4. Two national carbon black standards Yingkete, as the first drafting unit, presided over the formulation of two national carbon black standards.

5. Two local standards in Shandong Province Yingkete, as the first drafting unit, presided over the formulation of two local standards in Shandong Province.

6. Incubation of scientific and technological achievements: Yingkete currently has 2 invention patents that have entered the substantive examination stage; Yingkete will take the lead as the first drafting unit to formulate three national standards for carbon black blackness determination methods. The project has been approved and is a   ctively being promoted.
